I want to change the tensioner polly that is siezed too.how?
give me a clue, any ideas please.

|||i suggest you buy or borrow a haynes manual for this job
good luck h|||What you need to do is look at the top of the alternator, there are two bolts that hold the alternator tight. Loosen them first, then there there is a long tentioning bolt under the alternator. Loosen this and then you can remove the belt.
